  • 2 cups Milk

  • 3 Eggs, separated
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and generously grease a 9-inch baking dish or casserole with butter.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cornmeal and stir constantly for 1 minute to toast slightly.
