Ingredients

  • 300 grams Fresh spinach
  • 2 Puff pastry sheets
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 100 grams Feta cheese
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Step 3

Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Step 4

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, cooked spinach, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.

Step 5

Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface. Divide each sheet into 4 equal rectangles.

Step 6

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the spinach mixture onto one end of each rectangle, then roll tightly into a log.

Place the spinach rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
