Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought or homemade Pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 cups Fresh spinach
  • 0.33 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
  • 0.75 cup Basil feta cheese, crumbled
  • 5 eggs Large eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Whole milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish, crimp the edges if desired, and prick the bottom lightly with a fork. Blind bake the crust for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
