Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Frozen puff pastry sheets
  • 10 oz Frozen chopped spinach
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Thaw the frozen puff pastry sheets and spinach according to the package instructions. Ensure the spinach is fully drained by squeezing out excess water.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, combine the drained spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

Step 4

Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the puff pastry sheets. Cut each sheet into 6 equal squares.

Step 5

Place a generous spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each square.

Step 6

Fold each square diagonally to create a triangle. Press the edges together with a fork to seal.

Step 7

Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush it over the tops of the puffs for a golden finish. Optionally, brush lightly with melted butter for extra richness.

Step 8

Arrange the puffs on the lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.

Step 9

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the puffs are golden and flaky.

Step 10

Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm. Enjoy the cheesy, buttery goodness!
