  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Extra olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

Step 2

Gradually add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Step 3

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 8-10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. Wash and finely chop the spinach, then squeeze out excess moisture.
