  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 100 milliliters water

Directions

Step 1

Thoroughly wash and roughly chop the spinach. Set aside.

Finely dice the onion, tomatoes, and garlic. Grate or mince the ginger.
