  • 12 pieces Lasagna noodles
  • 10 ounces Fresh spinach
  • 15 ounces Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the lasagna noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay the noodles flat on a clean kitchen towel to prevent sticking.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
