  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Defrost the frozen spinach by microwaving it or leaving it at room temperature. Squeeze out any excess water using a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.
