  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup pasta water (reserved)

Directions

Step 1

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
