  • 8 Toothpicks or kitchen twine

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the chicken breasts by making a pocket in each one. Use a sharp knife to slice horizontally into the thickest part of the breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
