Ingredients

  • 1 whole Baguette
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 whole Garlic cloves
  • 5 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Feta cheese
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons Red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Slice the baguette into 24 thin slices, about 1/2-inch thick each.

Step 3

Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides lightly with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the slices are golden and crisp. Remove and set aside.
