Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 packages Crescent roll dough sheets
  • 1 large Egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated and set aside.

Step 3

On the prepared baking sheet, lay out the crescent roll dough sheets in a circular pattern, overlapping the wide ends of the triangles in the center to form a ring. The narrow, pointed ends should extend outward, resembling the rays of a sun.

Step 4

Spoon the chicken and spinach filling evenly around the center of the ring where the dough overlaps. Be sure to leave the pointed ends of the dough uncovered.

Step 5

Gently fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling and tuck them under the inner edge of the ring to seal. Pinch any gaps to prevent the filling from leaking during baking.

Step 6

Brush the entire wreath with the beaten egg for a golden, glossy finish.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Transfer the wreath to a serving platter and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Step 9

Slice into portions and serve warm. Enjoy your beautiful Spinach Chicken Wreath!
