Ingredients

  • 450 grams Fresh spinach
  • 45 grams Butter
  • 60 grams All-purpose flour
  • 240 ml Milk
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 200 grams Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

Wash the spinach thoroughly and pat it dry using paper towels. Chop the spinach into small pieces.
