  • 1 pound Pizza dough
  • 6 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 large Egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3

Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
