Ingredients

  • 500 grams Fresh spinach leaves
  • 4 pieces Large eggs
  • 240 ml Milk
  • 150 grams Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 50 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 60 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 30 grams Unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a medium-sized baking dish with a thin layer of butter or cooking spray.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Step 3

Add the fresh spinach leaves to the skillet in batches, stirring occasionally, until all the spinach is wilted. This will take about 4-5 minutes. Season the spinach with 0.5 teaspoon of salt, 0.25 teaspoon of ground black pepper, and nutmeg. Remove from heat and set aside.
