Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 4 cups Fresh spinach
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, combine the butter and water. Heat over medium until the butter melts and the mixture begins to boil.

Step 3

Lower the heat to medium-low and stir in the flour all at once, stirring vigorously with a wooden spoon until the mixture forms a smooth ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan. Remove from heat.

Let the dough cool for 5 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until the mixture is smooth and sticky.
