Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pine nuts and toast them, stirring frequently, for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
