Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked chicken breast
  • 5 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz) Canned artichoke hearts
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with nonstick spray or butter.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic cloves (minced) and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted (approximately 3-4 minutes). Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, and 3/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
