Ingredients

  • 12 pieces large button mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 0.25 cups parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems. Set the caps aside and finely chop the stems.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped mushroom stems and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
