Ingredients

  • 1 ball Pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.

Step 2

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about 12 inches in diameter.

Step 3

Place the rolled-out dough on a piece of parchment paper that can easily be transferred into the oven.

Step 4

In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
