Ingredients

  • 115 grams unsalted butter
  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 100 grams brown sugar, packed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 200 grams all-purpose flour
  • 30 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 24 pieces miniature peanut butter cups
  • 75 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 24 pieces white chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Add the egg and vanilla extract, and beat until fully incorporated.

Step 4

In another medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined to form a cookie dough.

Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, portion out the dough and roll it into 24 balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
