  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain yoghurt, minced garlic, grated ginger, paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
