  • 0.5 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons Pomegranate seeds (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Remove the leaves and trim the stem of the cauliflower so it can sit flat, but leave the core intact to keep the cauliflower whole.
