  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese (optional for topping)
  • 1 bag tortilla chips (optional for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
