Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Paprika (smoked or regular)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 8 small Corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar, Mexican blend, or preferred type)
  • 0.25 cup Sliced jalapenos (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, until no longer pink.
