  • 1 cup Sushi rice
  • 1.25 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 4 sheets Nori sheets
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Wasabi
  • 4 tablespoons Pickled ginger

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.

Step 2

Combine the rinsed rice with 1.25 cups of water in a rice cooker. Cook as per the manufacturer's instructions. If using stovetop, bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 18-20 minutes, or until water is fully absorbed.

In a small bowl, mix together rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
