  • 50 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Wash the cherry tomatoes and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with red chili flakes, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
