Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized strips and place them in a bowl.

Step 2

In the same bowl, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well and set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.

While the chicken is marinating, finely mince the garlic cloves and ginger, slice the red bell pepper into thin strips, and chop the green onions into 1-inch pieces.

In a small bowl, mix the remaining hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, and crushed red chili flakes. Set aside.
