  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle in adobo sauce
  • 4 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 4 pieces pepper jack cheese slices
  • 0.25 cup pickled jalapeños

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board, cover with plastic wrap, and pound to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
