Ingredients

  • 250 grams dried spaghetti noodles
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 200 grams cooked chicken breast, sliced (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil over high heat. Add a liberal pinch of salt to the boiling water.

Once the water is boiling, add the dried spaghetti noodles and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually about 8 to 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and Sriracha sauce until well combined.
