  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (for garnish, optional)
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Drizzle with honey and rub to coat evenly. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes while you prepare the onions.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced onions and cook, stirring frequently, for about 10-12 minutes, until the onions are softened and golden.
