  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 bamboo sushi mat

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the sushi rice 2-3 times until the water runs clear, then drain well.

In a medium saucepan, combine the sushi rice and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until the water is absorbed.
