Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Red snapper fillets
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Rinse the red snapper fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to create the spice blend.
