Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips.
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, ground ginger, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Add the pork strips and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Dissolve the cornstarch in 1 tablespoon of water and set aside.
