  • 15 ounces, drained and rinsed canned black beans
  • 0.25 cup, chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cut into wedges lime
  • 0 to taste salt
  • 0 to taste black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, about 5-7 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Remove the pork from the pot and set aside.
