  • 0.25 cup Coconut milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil (for grilling)
  • 8 pieces Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro (for garnishing)
  • 4 pieces Lime wedges (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes, approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in size.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, Sriracha, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, coconut milk, red pepper flakes, and salt until you have a smooth marinade.
