  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons Pumpkin seeds (for garnish)
  • 1 handful Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
