  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, about 5 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
