  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a standard 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, milk, beaten eggs, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated without overmixing.
