Ingredients

  • 6 slices Thick-cut bacon
  • 1 large Ripe tomato
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 large Lettuce leaves

Directions

Step 1

Fry the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.

Step 2

While the bacon cooks, slice the tomato into thin rounds and peel, pit, and slice the avocado. Set aside.

Step 3
