Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed olives (green and black, pitted or unpitted)

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoons Sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper, freshly ground

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the mixed olives under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until warm, but not smoking.

Add the sliced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
