Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season them with salt, pepper, paprika, and red chili flakes on both sides.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the chicken thighs in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
