  • 4 pieces Hoagie rolls
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese

Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Slice the onion thinly and mince the garlic. Add both to the saucepan and sauté until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
