Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice
  • 1.5 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 ounces Imitation crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 4 pieces Nori sheets
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
  • 0 to taste Soy sauce

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then drain.

Step 2

Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions or in a rice cooker.

Step 3

While the rice cooks, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat until dissolved. Let cool.

Once the rice is cooked, spread it into a shallow dish and gradually pour the vinegar mixture over it, gently folding to mix. Allow to cool to room temperature.
