  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 300 grams pasta (spaghetti or penne)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Meanwhile, pat the chicken breasts dry and slice them into thin strips. Season with paprika, cumin, half a teaspoon of salt, and black pepper.
