  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet, let it rest for 5 minutes, and slice into thin strips.
