Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pot and set aside to cool.
In the same pot, add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
