Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 2 cups Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 piece Green chili, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 large Egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and green chili to the skillet and cook for another minute until aromatic.

Stir in the shredded chicken, red chili powder, paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to evenly coat the chicken with the spices.
