Ingredients

  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Cook the linguine according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
