  • 1 Red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Step 2

Add the finely chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and diced red bell pepper, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant and softened.
